What makes us happy?

In this TED talk, Robert Waldinger talks about the secrets to a happy life. His original talk is one of the 10 most popular talks viewed on TED of all time. He is the director of a Harvard study that followed several hundred men, and later their wives, over a period of 80 years. In his talk, he discusses the most important factor that predicts people’s happiness, health, and well-being.
